MAISON ET JARDIN DU PARC

The park's home and garden were created through following an unusual request. Camille Gouzy, famous wine merchant in the city of Millas, received a lettre of a portuguese Earl inviting him to plant Porto's vines at the end of the XIXth century. When the cuttings were planted after a long journey, the Earl wished to discover the vineyards and the terroir in the area where Mr Gouzy came from. For this reason, Camille Gouzy built this house and created a beautiful exotic garden in the beginning of the XXth century to welcome the earl.
